We are well underway in our mission, and are looking for an Instagram Growth Specialist (remote) to help us further grow our audience and our brand through targeted content curation and asset creation.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the team to create, nurture, and grow the GBE brand and voice;
  
• Develop an Instagram social media strategy that will be used to guide our global brand awareness and partnerships;
  
• Develop and implement a community engagement strategy that focuses on driving awareness, initiating conversations, building one-on-one relationships and influencing fan behavior.
  
• Post and manage original and curated content that is targeted and engaging;
  
• Leverage metrics and research to inform decision-making and drive results;
  
• Plan the social media posting calendar each month, and automate posting frequency;
  
• Ideate, curate, and coordinate social concepts, and establish a distinct and authentic social voice that increases our reach, and builds a larger community.
  

Who You Are

• An experienced Instagram campaign / social media manager who thrives when tasked with creating a voice and brand for startups;
  
• An individual with a strong drive who is a self-starter, and able to work autonomously and remotely;
  
• Organized, have a clear plan and process that you’ve relied on to create strategies and roll them out;
  
• A whiz with platforms such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Creative Studio, Slack, etc.;
  
• Numbers savvy - can interpret and apply metrics to improve social media performance;
  
• Is comfortable designing visuals and creating original content;
  
• Is passionate about female entrepreneurship and empowerment;
  
• Can work in the CST time zone.
